Ordering flowers at such a sad time can be a stressful process. We aim to make the process as simple as possible and are here to help whenever needed.
We have put together the answers to questions we are asked the most. However, if you would like to ask a question before placing an order please call us and one of our friendly knowledgable staff will be only too pleased to help.
Funeral flowers are usually delivered to the director handling the funeral - if you don't have that information available we can try to find that for you. We do deliver tributes to the residential address that the funeral is leaving from, but please try to ensure that the person at the address is aware of the pending delivery. Delivery to places of worship / crematoriums etc is available but not recommended as there is often no-one available to accept the delivery. DELIVERY TIMES. We ask for the funeral time during the order process (if you are not sure we will check for you). Usually deliveries are made approx. 2 hours prior to the service time. We will liase with the funeral director if neccessary and make any ammendments to the delivery scedule accordingly.
Place your order as soon as possible. Try to avoid last minute orders as it may not be possible to meet your delivery needs For a morning funeral don't order the evening before as we won't pick up your order until we re-open. Also ordering on a Saturday afternoon or Sunday for an ealy funeral on Monday will cause issues.
We will ask for:
Name of the deceased. Funeral orders are addressed to THE LATE, although we do deliver to C/O (care of).
Date & time of the funeral. If you are unsure of any details we can always help.
Personal message. Your message should be written for the deceased.
Our website is open to take orders 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. However, you can order flowers by phone. Our friendly members of staff have all the knowledge to answer just about any questions you may have and here are their pictures so you can put a face to the voice on the telephone!
